How to Measure Yourself Correctly

Use a soft measuring tape and take measurements over light clothing or underwear.

Bust: Around the fullest part, keeping the tape straight and horizontal.
Waist: Around your natural waistline, just above the navel.
Hips: Around the widest part, ensuring comfort.
Inside Leg: From crotch to just below the ankle.
Shoulder Width: From shoulder to shoulder.
