If any clause becomes invalid, the remaining provisions still apply.
Article 4 – Offers
All offers from Boutique Noir are non‑binding and may change at any time. Any time‑limited promotions or specific requirements will be clearly stated.
Product descriptions are created carefully. Images may vary slightly in appearance and do not provide grounds for compensation.
Each offer includes pricing, payment options, delivery details, and any additional costs. Import taxes or customs duties (if applicable) are the customer’s responsibility.
Article 5 – The Contract
A contract becomes final when the customer completes checkout and payment is confirmed. For online orders, confirmation is sent by email.
We use secure technology to protect personal and payment information. Suspicious or unusually large orders may be refused.
After the contract is established, the customer receives information on withdrawal rights, warranties, and customer support.
Article 6 – Right of Withdrawal
Customers may cancel their order within 14 days of receiving their goods. The product must be unused and in original condition.
Returns must include original packaging and accessories. The customer covers the return shipping cost and should keep proof of postage.
Withdrawal requests must be emailed within 14 days. Refunds are issued within 14 days after the returned goods are received.
Article 7 – Costs in Case of Withdrawal
Return shipping costs are paid by the customer. If the returned item is damaged or shows signs of use, a reasonable deduction may apply.
Refunds are issued using the original payment method.
Article 8 – Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- Customized or personalized items.
- Sealed goods not suitable for return due to hygiene reasons once opened.
- Perishable goods.
- Digital products once download has begun.
Article 9 – Prices
Prices are displayed in USD ($) and include sales tax when applicable. Customs fees and import duties (if any) are not included.
If a pricing mistake occurs, the company may correct the error without obligation to provide the product at the incorrect price.
Article 10 – Conformity and Guarantee
Products must match the description on our website. Defects must be reported within 14 days of delivery.
Faulty items will be repaired or replaced according to applicable consumer laws. Damage caused by misuse or unauthorized modifications is not covered.
Article 11 – Delivery and Execution

Delays will be communicated by email. If delivery exceeds 30 days, the customer may cancel the order.
Risk transfers to the customer once the package is delivered.

Indefinite contracts: The customer may cancel at any time with no more than one month’s notice.
Fixed‑term contracts: End automatically unless agreed otherwise. Early termination follows the conditions set at purchase.
Renewal: Fixed‑term contracts are not automatically renewed unless explicitly agreed by the customer.
Subscriptions: Can be cancelled through the same method used to subscribe.
Article 13 – Payment
Payment is required at checkout unless stated otherwise. All payments are handled securely.
If payment is incomplete or delayed, the company may cancel the order. Repeated issues may lead to refusal of future orders.
Reminder fees and interest may apply where legally allowed.
Article 14 – Complaints Procedure
Complaints should be sent to info@boutique-noir.com with the order number and details of the issue.
The company responds within 14 days. If more time is needed, the customer will be notified.
Unresolved disputes may be referred to an independent U.S. dispute resolution body.
Submitting a complaint does not remove payment obligations.
