To cancel your order, please email us at info@boutique-noir.com within 24 hours of placing it. If your request is received within this window and your order hasn’t begun processing, we will cancel it and issue a full refund.

If 24 Hours Have Passed

After the 24-hour window, your order may already be in fulfillment. In such cases, cancellation may no longer be possible.

If your package has already shipped, please wait for delivery. Once received, you may initiate a return by following our Returns & Refunds Policy.
