  5. Send the parcel using your chosen courier and keep the receipt as proof.
  6. Our team will update you once the return is received. Refunds are processed within 14 business days after approval.

Return Conditions

  • Products must be unused, unwashed, in original packaging with all tags attached.
  • Custom-made products cannot be returned.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Damaged or Defective Products
