- Send the parcel using your chosen courier and keep the receipt as proof.
- Our team will update you once the return is received. Refunds are processed within 14 business days after approval.
Return Conditions
- Products must be unused, unwashed, in original packaging with all tags attached.
- Custom-made products cannot be returned.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
